The end of all things draws nearer and nearer every day. This should make us think deeply about the imminent coming our Lord Jesus Christ and the impending punishment that would be unleashed on sinners who have chosen to remain adamant and unrepentant now. The signs of the last days are visible - increased wickedness all over the world, surging compromise of faith among believers and so on. The devil is out there like a roaring lion looking for those he could devour. Would you snub him or fall into his snares?

Beloved, the time we are in now calls for patience and perseverance. Some have given up already because they have fallen into the hands of devil by believing it is impossible to maintain their faith considering the pressure associated with this perilous time. Friend, please hold on to the faith, snub the devil, and keep marching forward. Remember that Lot’s wife missed a blissful eternity because she could not snub Satan and resist the temptation of looking back. On the other hand, the young Joseph snubbed Satan by resisting Potiphar wife’s invitation to sin.
